We are home, our package was marked delivered, but it hasn’t been delivered. I wish USPS wouldn’t mark packages delivered until they ARE actually delivered.

Error Code when trying to submit a Best Offer.

Tried 3x to make/send an offer to seller - continued getting this error each time. Couldn't find any explanation for it. Any ideas? Thanks!
