What is going on with the new Shipping platform on Listing a New item?

Somehow my business settings for # of days to cancel an offer if the buyer does not pay is set at 30 days on my settings ; trying to reset it a the 4 day limit a buyer has to pay once I accept their offer, it wont let me reset it!
