I’m having the same exact problem. eBay is not helping at all, my
package is also stuck in Smithtown, NY. And the USPS side successfully
delivered so I can’t even get my $100 insurance payout on an item worth
10x that.
Do you know how long it takes when it’s at that Smithtown PO Box?
Ascendia is telling me they don’t have a pickup location there and my
package has been sitting there for a month now
