I usually do not see the option to insert a custom UPC when listing.

I am unable to get to Seller Hub on mobile or the website. I can only
access by going to "Help" and typing in Seller Hub. This is extremely
frustrating and time consuming.
While trying to create a new shipping policy, I am not offered the
option to "save" when I excude Hawaii/Alaska, etc. This is true on both
my mobile and on the web.
