I sold a monitor to a buyer in Spain in 9/2020. Received it back last week with no explanation or contact from buyer. Is there a place where I would be charged for the shipping back to me and am I required to refund at this point?

I am trying to identify this nutcracker which appears to be a Steinbach. Measures approximately 13"H . I can't seem to find one anywhere that is similar. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope ebay is going to support sellers for late shipments due to major storm in Northeast. I haven't seen any announcements regarding this. I have sent messages to all my buyers informing them their orders will be delayed.
