problem with shipping info not being transmitted from paypal to ebay

I only ship from my paypal account after payment has been rec'd on my ebay auctions. This month 11 items didn't transmit shipping info (when) and tracking numbers to ebay and now I've lost Top Rated seller status. What can I do?Thanks.
