I sold an item to a buyer in Germany. Now he wants to return it and I agreed. In going through the standard eBay return menus eBay wants me to provide the buyer a return shipping label. How do I provide a return shipping label to the buyer? Thank you...

I have two potential buyers in Germany who tell me that my auction states that I do not ship to Germany. I ship per eBays Global Shipping but I always run into this problem with Germany. Am I missing something here???
