Has anyone else had trouble with Escrow.com? Buyer received, accepted and they still won't pay out.

Escrow.com slow to pay out, has anyone else had trouble with them? Buyer has received, released payment, etc., and it shows on the web site at escrow.com, but they still won't pay out.
