Got a promotion email from eBay for 15% off before a specific time.
Selected 3 items, put into cart, added promo code, got message that I
would earn $39.00 in bucks. Made the purchase and only got $2.60 in
bucks. How do I cancel the transaction?
I have a line showing overdue, but nothing is there when I click on it.
It also shows a number for ready to be shipped with the detail showing
one item less than the number.
