EBay Recently deposited money for the sale of an item that the buyer is
declining and returning to me. I have contacted the buyer to refund his
payment, but how do I request a refund of the fees eBay has charged me
for this transaction?
The problem arose due to delays on the part of eBay in the posting of my
listing. I had received immediate notice that the posting was active,
but for two days there was no such posting to be found on the eBay site.
