Help With Hand Painted Plate. Is It Porcelain Or Glass? Plate is 13"
across. I was thinking porcelain but I have never seen a porcelain plate
with a ground pontilThank you for any help.

focus. No way Chinese repro. Other Forums feel its old Limagos
Porcelain. I still think its glass. Have five pieces from same artist .
