I’m a UK business seller with a Featured Store. Lately, eBay refunds
buyers before I even get the item back, sometimes they don’t return it

Thanks for replying. I always respond to buyers and return requests. I
pay £77plusVAT monthly and £5 daily in ads, but eBay still refunds
buyers before I get the item back, sometimes they never return it. It is
happened many times...
