I have a UK buyer that is wanting to get an estimate on how much it will cost him for me to ship him a 20lb package from the US. How can he determine that information and determine how much he will be taxed on the sale overall?

I've received offers for pages that I've only viewed and not watched. For my items I'm selling - how and where is the setting to allow me to do this? Thanks!
