I'm unable to print a postage label because it doesn't have a letter option, and so now it seems I can't print a packing slip either. What to do?

Hi, I am new here - A customer selected letter with tracking as their delivery option but there's no option on my eBay app to print a label for a letter. Only satchels and heavier packaging. Why is this? And what to do now?
