I am wondering if you sell an item and buyer claims it's not as described or damaged when in fact they are the one who damaged it what recourse do you have as a seller.

I noticed durring my new listing that it does not give me a time frame to list my item in fixed listing before you can select durtation. also i noticed i cannot select weather i want to accept best offers or no. why has that changed and can i get tho...
