Having a problem on my listings. I want it calculated for the buyer to pay for shipping, yet when I return to my listing or when it sells I have to pay? Anyone have advise ? I want all my listings to be buyer paid shipping costs. What am I doing wron...

After I have logged into pay pal and paid for shipping I get a message that states "cannot print reference Id does not match try back later? this has happened several times now. Any suggestions?
