I have a fixed price listing that is calculating the wrong shipping cost causing me a loss for every sale and cant change the shipping. can I revise without canceling the listing ?

shipping with volume listing, how do I account different quantity/weights within the listing ? Buyer is only being charged for quantity 1 ship and buying more than I and i eat the cost. for example, buyer buys volume setting for 6 w/discount. Shippin...
