Hello,with one of my accounts all of a sudden,I can't add items to my watchlist,it just happened and

Everytime I try to add it says my watch list is full when I only have 15 items,I click to add and still says it's full,what's going on with this?????

All of a sudden ,I can't add items to my watch list saying it's full,but it isnt,whats the issue with this???
