Incorrect payout information

Ebay list a payout going to a Chase Bank acocunt. I have never had a Chase Account. I can not get any customer service assistance from ebay. How do I get my money and figure out why this is like it is.

My money was sent to a bank account that I did not set up on ebay.

After going around in circles to find any assistance on ebay I have ended up here. I was unable to find any information on TEXT messages from this number on ebay's choice of options and am hoping that someone may have some information on the communit...
