Let me get this straight. A previously-presumed lost package shows up days after a customer has received a refund for a single item, it shows in USPS as (finally) delivered, yet there is no way to recover that money if the buyer decides to be a slime...

The plot thickens! I got a notice that the case was closed IN MY FAVOR on October 10th, then on the 14th THEY REVERSED IT. EBAY JUST COST ME $500!!!!!! WHY would they do this???

Thanks to all who contributed here. I am happy to report that the case was indeed closed in my favor, and quite swiftly I might add. Lesson learned here. Going forward I will have no qualms about cancelling a sale if there are red flags
