This just started today. When I try to click on a completed listing to
read about its details and look at the pictures I'm redirected to a
current item that is up for sale. Along the top of that page it says the

I sell in the Collectibles catagory and have been a TRS since the
program started. I cannot use the $30 promotional credit. What is eBay
going to do for us sellers who cannot use this credit?
