Everything that I sell is good quality and some still have tags. Those who do leave feedback are happy with the quality and the product they receive. It seems like most buyers are not leaving feedback. Is this happening to others too?

How do I encourage more of the customers who make purchases from me to leave feedback? I would like to know if they are happy with their purchase and only about half of them have left feedback. Would like to hear suggestions. Thank you.
