Your point does not make sense when it is UPS that did the weight and
measurements at THEIR desk.The time to introduce the concept of
"dimensional weight" is none better than when the customer is standing
right there and UPS is the one doing the weig...
UPS store were the ones that weighed and measured my package. Now I get
a ebay label adjustment that the package was 6 pounds underweight and
the UPS measurements were off by one inch. How is this not fraud on a
Enterprise Level? $8 additional "fees"...
