USPS IS NOT SCANNING the packages until they gets delivered!!

Hi Everyone,New seller here, USPS is not scanning most of my packages, until it gets delivered. Its causing me a lot of problems with my account tracking upload percentage .Do we have any solution or other carrier can provide same rates as USPS?

Thats really bad from USPS. They dont have any supports service too and even you can not create a case for orders which are not scanned by them.
