Missing buttons on sell and revise pages

I’ve been missing the “Revise it”, “Preview”, “List your item”, and “Save for later” buttons for a couple of weeks now. The app on my iphone has them but they do not appear at the bottom of the page as usual on my ipad.What could be the problem?
