Should two different 8-inch, SOLID yellow gold rope chains, both 14k, 4mm, both weigh the same?

E-Bay states "Correct the highlighted errors and try again." Nothing is highlighted.

Anyone know who at E-Bay might explain quality questions, or just getting to an alive person?

I'm unable to ask someone about two purchases where the specs between the two is normal or not, as I'm trying to ask another person about it.E-Bay won't allow such a question because you cannot discuss past purchases.
