I sent a pack and it was in transit forever, more than 10 days... I refunded the buyer. Can I be refunded?

I left a pre-labeled pack at the QUICK MAIL USPS box and the pack was never scanned. It was 15 days ago. I refunded the buyer but USPS can't find my pack. What can I do? I can't prove that I shipped the pack.

I refunded a buyer because her shoes were not updated by USPS for more than 10 days. I thought I did something wrong when I bought the shipping label but 1 week later I noticed that the pack was delivered. I contacted the buyer but she never answered...
