i recently canceled an order and was charged 35 dollars and my available
funds is -183 dollars but it now says i have 211 dollars in processing
and my total funds has been updated to 28 dollars but i can't put it
into my bank account
i had to cancel a order on a buyer and when i did it charged me 35.57
and now says my available funds are -183.46 and i have never bought
anything from ebay all i did was cancel a order.
