has not gone through. Tried 5 times 3 different cards browsers Firefox and Chrome what can I do ?

Specifics. Sold item Buyer collected and paid cash. Fee = £23./ My account showed -£23 "Pay Now"attempted to pay but was blocked each time. 2 days later they charged my CC automatically.. Done.
