I bought a watch and the returns window has closed. It needs to be
returned to manufacturer but the warranty card is missing from the box.
The item is not fit for purpose. How do I contact anyone once the
returns window is closed?
Thanks both The watch is not working and should be covered by a
manufacturers warranty. However the warranty card is not in the box
(sold as new). So I am now on to Visa to resolve this as I cannot find
