I asked seller to send a return label but he refused. I have the item
number but can't find the transaction in My eBay. Can't contact customer
service!!!
Bought an item off of eBay and it never showed up under purchases or
anywhere else. The item is defective and need to ship it back and show
that it was paid for and shipped back. How is it that it never posted
under purchases or anything?
