Underpaid Adjustement - Source of Funds

I mis-weighed and item and ended up with a $2 underpaid charge, but eBay had already sent all my funds to me, so my account is currently zero. It's listed as underpaid (charged) so does ebay send a bill?

Deleted Sold Item

I went to edit a tracking number I had input incorrectly, but selected delete by mistake on my "sold items" page. Now I can't bring it back.
