Changing account name to Ebay store name. ???

I was told by Ebay "help" that I can change my Ebay account name to be the same as my Ebay store name. I tried to follow their directions but cannot get it done. Where is the Edit for changing the account name?

iPhone app is changed from my Safari app browser to Google I think and I cannot fix it.
