I have an item successfully listed with a quantity of 3 with a discount if the buyer buys more than one. I have a buyer that wants to buy all three but it only give them the single item price. The multiple item discount does not apply.

I am looking for a way to track my ebay sales transactions, or all transactions using a spreadsheet. The help suggests using a method to generate a "report" that doesn't seem to be there. The only option for the reports is pdf files. Copying and past...
