I didn't some scammer from China asked me to do it through PayPal I said
"I can't do that." They said "okay If you change your mind" then ebay
sends me a letter saying I violated. I WAS WOTHEN THE POLICIES! IM
STARTING TO HATE EBAY!
I have no clue it really freaked me out however I didn’t buy it now and
make an offer the guy made an offer of 160 and he wanted my PayPal email

Ebay is angering me. the final value fee is $12 bucks. I only made like
