Still having problems with orders going through. I purchase an item then it says payment pending and stays that way for hours never updating an item as paid.

Having a problem. Ebay card was purchased. Item was paid for but didn't go through.

I purchased a item a week ago and the seller never even shipped the item out. I tried contacting the seller but no response. I would like a full refund.
