How do you i get ebay to step in for my refund if seller won't acknowledge my purchase from them & my email ?

I received 2 shirts from a seller on Ebay with wear holes in both of them.

I received 2 shirts from a seller on Ebay with wear holes in both of them & when i tried to return them the seller told me they don't have any record of my transaction with them or Ebay !!! ???
