I received an email stating that I owe $$ because my label didn’t match
service used. Why is that? I chose Ground Advantage. I went back to look
at the details of the label and everything matched (label said Ground

system. That’s as far as it went. I refunded the buyer AND filed a claim
online. That was a nightmare- so slowwwww! I stayed up til 3:00 AM. Lol

I shipped it on Nov. 18th. USPS It has vanished off the face of the
earth. I am being told that I’m SOL without a receipt. My lo$$ I guess.
