Can I just mail the buyer her item without a shipping label? Like bring it to the post office?

I can’t find “manage shipping” on the app and it won’t load the page on eBay.com.

I’m trying to reprint shipping label but the manage shipping page won’t load on eBay.com and I can’t find it on the app.

Updating address on shipping label

I updated my address but my shipping label still lists old address for return address. I’ve already paid for two shipping labels for one purchase and neither have the updated return address.
