Should I ship a big box to a P.O Box?

The buyer paid for shipping via FedEx, but USPS is the only one that accepts a P.O. Box, and it’s more expensive. I reached out to the buyer, but she hasn’t replied to my message. What should I do? I fear that the package might get lost.
