I did figure it out! I spoke with customer service to report the issue
through the chat function. They also provided this link to report the

That’s actually not true. I use informed delivery. The mailing address
gets tied to the email account, not the other way around. When I mail
any USPS package, the tracking number gets added to the outbound section
