can not complete my purchase...trying to pay for an item I want but screen keeps blinking on and off

I am trying to complete my order but screen keeps blinking on and off so can't enter payment info so my cart still has my item I WANT TO PURCHASE BUT CAN NOT COMPLETE PAYMENT....FAULTLY SCREEN
