No where in any authentication process says it will fail due to a smell of the sneakers

Very odd never had this happen before and my money was taking for the item when I look at my purchased items it never shipped

Well when I try to get in contact about the item I purchased it says that the ebay seller is no longer registered with ebay, and when I looked up the item number is says it's removed or unavailable. Any ideas about what is going on??
