Should ebay allow sellers to list an item as being in the US when it is actually in asia or europe? This is a deceptive business practice. Item and location should not be changed after purchase.

Today I purchased a 2006 Saturn Ion drivers door window regulator. The money was taken from my card, but doesn't show up on my recent purchases. Usually items show up immediately.
