The shipping costs much more than what I charged on the sale site. Like
$80 more. What do I do? Do I refund the buyer his amount and explain?
How do I resolve this issue? First time selling and 2nd item sold.
I was able to explain to the buyer and luckily was understanding about
it. He requested a refund and refund was sent. Thank you all for your
help! I’ll have to navigate the shipping process a bit better next time.
