I am trying to get an accurate shipping estimate to send something to Italy. I have had erroneous estimates on other shipments. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thank you in advance!

The estimated shipping costs never seem to be correct. I enter the correct package dimensions and weight. Has anyone else had this problem?
