cancelled shipping label trying to get a refund can not get anywhere with ebay,

Talked to ebay and was told carrier would issue refund, now I can't even get ebay on the phone, help

active listing page incomplete

active listing page is incomplete, no buyers watches show, no auction ending time shows, the only thing thats shows up is the item for sale
