i won an auction on a football card numbered 3/10. The auction ended but seller relisted item.

now I'm bidding on 2 exact cards from same seller. can't retract my bids. I should of won at price when auction ended. now another week to wait. what can I do? I feel cheated. There was no reserve price either.
