Does anyone know the process to handle a fedex overcharge? i was over
charged on shipping. I shipped a 4lb item that measured 12x30x8. They
said there was an adjustment because my package was 10x31x5. My shipping
was $17 and they took a extra 23 out ...
I shipped something USPs but when i took it to the PO, the scales were
not working and their computers were down. So i changed delivery to UPS
to be on the safe side. Now the item did not update tracking. How can i
fix that?
