I have 6 pages of purchases over the last 4-5 years. I can't find any way to delete these past orders

ebay changing category

Why does ebay keep changing the category i select? I put in "DVD's" and it changes to movies and tv?????It is very annoying and not being able to reach a "REAL PERSON" is also annoying!
